Instructions:

Take 1.25 litre milk (warm or normal) and add sugar as needed.

Add 200 gm Pheni (Fried vermicelli) in the milk and soak it properly.

Keep pheni (Fried vermicelli) between 20-30 minutes in milk and after that it’s ready to serve.

Quantity of milk can be increased or decreased as per requirement.

200gm pheni (Fried vermicelli) is sufficient for 6-7 persons.

Store in a cool & dry place and away from sunlight.
