Ingredients
Beef/mutton 1 kg (thin sliced)
Onion 4 medium (thinly sliced)
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1-1 ½ cups/250g (beaten)
Ghee/oil 1 cup
Shan Pasanda Masala 1 packet
Method
1. Golden brown onion in ghee/oil. Take out and spread on paper.
2. When it cools down, crush onion with hand.
3. Marinade meat with shan pasanda masala, yogurt, fried onion, ginger and garlic for 1-2 hours.
4. Heat ghee/oil, transfer marinated beef and cook on slow heat until meat tender.
5. Include water if required for meat tenderizing.
6. Serve with naan or roti.

Ingredients
Beef/mutton 1 kg (thin sliced)
Onion 4 medium (thinly sliced)
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1-1 ½ cups/250g (beaten)
Raw papaya with skin ½ cup
Green chilies 4-6 (chopped)
Tomato 2 (cubed)
Green coriander 1 cup (chopped)
Mint 1 cup (chopped)
Ghee/oil 1 cup
Shan Pasanda Masala 1 packet
Method
1. Combine ginger, garlic, raw papaya, yogurt and shan pasanda masala.
2. Apply on pasanda and marinade for 1 hour.
3. To Make Green Masala: In a bowl mix onion, green chilies, green coriander, mint and tomato.
4. Place green masala on one side of pasanda and roll it, put in tooth pick on both edges to close them and tie it with the help of thread.
5. Shallow fry stuffed pasande from all sides over slow flame until meat tander.
