Ingredients
Meat 500 gm
Onion 3 medium (sliced)
Yogurt ½ cup (beaten)
Tomato 1 small (chopped)
Ghee/oil ½ cup
Shan Curry powder 2-3 tbsp
Method
1. Fry onion in hot oil/ghee until golden then add meat and stir fry for a few minutes.
2. Add yogurt, tomato and curry powder; cook for 2 minutes then add 2 glasses water.
3. Cover and cook on slow heat until meat tender.
4. Serve with roti, naan or rice.
