Rafhan Crystals Strawberry Jelly
Direction:
1. Boil two cups of water (400 ml) in a saucepan. Measure water exactly.
2. Empty all the contents of the packet in boiling water, stir till dissolved. Pour the mixture into a mould and allow to set for 30 to 45 minutes at room temperature or cool it on a refrigerator.
3. Separate jelly from the sides of the mould with a knife, gently shake and invert mould carefully over serving dish. Delicious jelly prepared.
