RECIPE: Chicken Rogan Josh
Cook time: 20 min.
Serving size: 3-4
Heat level: Medium
1 lb. diced chicken*
1 jar of Rogan Josh Curry Cooking Sauce
Heat a little vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
Add 1 lb. diced chicken breast* and sauté until meat is browned (about 5 minutes).
Pour the jar of sauce over chicken and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice with PATAKS Chutneys and Relishes.
*Alternatively, use shrimp, mixed vegetable or another meat of your choice. Adjust simmer time accordingly.
