Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse and soak the Brown Basmati Rice for 2 hours before cooking for best result.
2 .Cooking time for gas or electric appliances may vary.
Rice Cooker:
1. Add 3 cups of water for each cup of socked rice in cooker.
2. Cook till cooking is complete.
3. Wait for few minutes for steam to settle remove the lid and serve.
Open Pot:
1. In an open pot boil 5 cups of water for each cup of socked rice.
2. Add the socked rice stirring occasionally.
3. Cook on medium high heat for 15 minutes based on your stove.
4. Drain excess water and cook for 5 minutes, on very low heat.
5. Cook untill rice is soft.
Closed Pot:
1. Add 4 cup of water for each cup of socked rice in a pot.
2. Bring the water for boil and then add socked rice.
3. Cover the pot and lower the heat.
4. Cook for 20 minutes based on your stove.
5. Shut of the stove and let the rice stand in the covered pot for 5 minutes.
6. Remove the lid and serve.
Serving: Serve the cooked rice with vegetables, chicken, meat and enjoy its best authentic aroma.
