Beef 1-1 ½ kg (small pieces)
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Raw papaya paste ½ cup (with skin)
Oil/ghee ½ cup
National Tikka Boti Masala 1 packet
Method
1. Add garlic, ginger, raw papaya, oil/ghee and national tikka boti masala in meat and leave for 3-4 hours.
2. Thread on skewers.
3. BBQ on medium heat of coals. Avoid burning.
4. Delicious tikka boti is ready to serve with chappati, salad and chutney.
