Description:

Pour two cups (400ml) boiling water into a bowl.

Measure water carefully.

Add the contents of the packet. Stir until dissolved.

Pour into mould. Cool to room temperature to set without refrigerator (30-45 minutes). Refrigerate if desired.

Loosen edges with knife and invert mould carefully over serving dish.

Shake gently and remove Jelly.
