Cooking method
Open Pot Method:
Take 4 cups of water in a pan and bring to boil
Add 1 cup of rice & stir. Add salt, butter or oil, if desired
Boil it uncovered for 7-8 minutes, occasionally lifting with a fork
Drain out the excess water, keep for 15 minutes and then serve
