Cooking Instructions: Soak 1 cup (200g) rice in water for 30 minutes, then drain out the water. Combine soaked rice and 2 cups of water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain out the water. Fluff with fork and serve.
