In this dish, chicken is first marinated in a mixture of spices and yogurt and then roasted to have a spicy and appetizing dish.

Pataks Tikka Paste offers Chicken tikka paste which can be used a Marinade as well as a Grill Sauce. It is applied on Chicken to marinade it before roasting. It has natural, Herbal and original Indian ingredients. It gives pure Indian Chicken Tikka Taste, which you normally eats in India or Indian Restaurants outside India.
The formula used in making of Tikka paste by Patak is base4d on the original Indian Chicken Tikka Recipe. It has is free from any artificial color or flavor and purely reflects the Indian Culture. It contains authenticated spices with reduced cooking time. It can also be used to marinade vegetables, meat or fish.
RECIPE: Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:
¼ cup plain yoghurt (for marinade)
5 tbsp. Pataks Tikka Masala Curry Paste
8 Oz diced chicken breast
1 medium onion, diced
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
½ cup of water
½ cup fresh or canned tomatoes
¼ cup cream or plain yoghurt (optional)
Method:
Combine yoghurt and Pataks Tikka Masala Paste, add chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight for a fuller flavor.
Gently sauté onions until golden, add chicken and sauté until sealed. Add chopped tomatoes and water; simmer for 25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Stir in cream or yoghurt just before serving (optional). Serve with hot, cooked rice.
Notice:
This product reflects original taste of India. it has mustard and may contain traces of peanut or tree nuts but has no artificial flavor in it.
