What is Korma?

Below is the recipe of Spicy Prawn Parcels.
Serves: 4 people
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
450g chicken breast, Diced
3 tbsp. Patak’s Korma Paste
100g Onions, Sliced
1 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Flaked almonds
25ml Double cream
1 tbsp. Fresh Coriander, chopped
1/2 tsp. Fennel seeds
1 Tomato, chopped
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp. Root Ginger, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onions.
Add the fennel seeds and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the black pepper and the chicken and continue to cook for a further 3 minutes then add the Patak’s Korma Paste and tomato.
Cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, sprinkle with water if the mixture begins to stick to the pan.
Stir in the ginger, half the coriander leaves, flaked almonds and cream. Cook for a further 3 – 4 minutes and serve hot, garnished with the remaining coriander.
