Hot & Spicy Mixed Veg Curry:
Tomatoes 150g (2 medium size), Mixed vegetables 250g
Method Of Preparation: Mix entire pack of spice mix to 1/2 cup of water. Heat 3 tbsp, Oil in pan. Add cut vegetables & saute for 2-3 mins. Add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2-3 min. Add spice mix paste & cook for 2-3 min. Add 1 1/2 cup water & cook for 4 min. Garnish & serve hot.
