We select only pure traditional basmati and refuse to blend with inferior grains, thus guaranteeing delicious, fluffy rice.

Directions: Stove: place 6 cups water into a large saucepan & bring To a mediumboil, stir & cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes. Drain then rinse in astrainer w/boiling water. Serve. For best results soak rice in coldwater for 30 minutes before cooking & reduce cooking time by 2 minutes.Microwave: place 1 cup rice in a deep 2-quart microwave safe container;add 1 1/2 cups cold water. Cover (if plastic wrap is used then ventslightly) & cook on high (100 percent power) for 6 minutes (650 watt).Stir; cover & cooks on defrost (30 percent power) for 8 minutes thenfluff w/fork & serve. Store in a cool dry place.
